How do I make a purchase on your site?

Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping timeframes?
Delivery usually takes between 10 and 20 business days, although this can vary based on your location and the efficiency of your local postal service.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Absolutely. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll email you a tracking number (when tracking is available for your shipping method) so you can follow its journey.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
We can accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase. Once that window passes, your order may have already entered our processing system, and we may not be able to stop it from shipping.
What if I need to change the shipping address?
If you’ve made a mistake with your address, contact us immediately. We can only update the delivery details before your order is shipped — once it’s on its way, we’re unable to redirect it.
Problems with Your Order
I received a damaged or wrong item — what should I do?
We’re sorry if that happens! Please email us at service@skyoakbeauty.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging so we can assist you quickly.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do. Eligible items can be returned in accordance with our Return Policy. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within the approved time frame to qualify.
How do I get a refund?
To start a refund, simply send an email to service@skyoakbeauty.com with your order number and the reason for your request. After we approve the return and receive/inspect the returned item, we’ll issue the refund back to your original payment method.
