Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products (such as eyeliners, mascaras, lipsticks, concealers, and palettes) cannot be returned once they have been opened, used, or tested — unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Makeup brushes and tools may be returned only if they remain in their original wrapper and have never been used.

The return request must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Any product marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.

Gift cards or store credits.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

How to Initiate a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send any items back without prior approval — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind or ordered the wrong shade), you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non‑refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).

Refund Processing

Exchanges
